Access for everyone
A private process should still be an accessible one.
We want property owners and their representatives to be able to learn about our acquisition approach, review the NDA, and contact us without unnecessary barriers.
We aim to make this site usable with a keyboard, screen reader, browser zoom, and reduced-motion settings. If something gets in your way, please tell us.
Our commitment
SellMyHighrise.ca is a small private acquisition operation, not a consumer platform. We nevertheless want the website to be accessible to as many people as reasonably possible. We aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practical, but we cannot promise that every part of the site or every document meets that standard at all times.
We review accessibility when making meaningful changes to the website and welcome specific reports about barriers. We will make reasonable efforts to address issues or provide information in another format.
Accessibility features on this site
- A “skip to main content” link and consistent navigation landmarks.
- Keyboard-operable menus, links, form controls, and FAQ disclosure elements.
- Visible focus styles and high-contrast text on the primary backgrounds.
- Explicit labels for form fields, error messages associated with fields, and a session-expiry message.
- Responsive layout that supports browser zoom and narrow screens.
- Images used for atmosphere have empty alternative text; informative images have descriptive alternative text.

- No autoplay video, flashing content, advertising, or timed form submission.
NDA and document formats
The Mutual NDA is available as an HTML page at nda.php and as a PDF at assets/docs/mutual-nda.pdf. The HTML version allows text resizing and screen-reader access. The PDF is intended for printing and signature and may be less accessible depending on your PDF reader.
If you need the NDA in another format, or need help completing the property-review form or understanding any part of the website, email [email protected] or call (519) 870-6465. We can arrange an alternative way to receive the information or your submission.
Accessibility feedback
If you encounter a barrier, please describe the page, the task you were trying to complete, the browser or assistive technology you used, and what happened. We will consider the report and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
